Unless the item is live or frozen food, we use a 7-14 day delivery as our standard service. This service is due to some products being special delivery items from our distributors. This enables us to give you a more varied range of products, unfortunately delays do sometimes occur.
If your order is delayed, you can contact us for further information.
Live food orders are delivered direct from the breeder Monday to Thursday to ensure food arrives fresh. Order before 10:30am for up to 24hour dispatch on live foods. Live foods usually arrive on the next working day after the item is sent.
During exceptionally cold weather, the supplier may temporarily withhold orders to ensure food arrives alive.

We accept no liability should delivery be attempted and not received by the customer, which negatively affects the products quality on final receipt.
Goods must be signed for upon delivery
